Custom AI assistants for your company documents

An AI assistant that answers from your company documents. It sees only what it should, and a person reviews its output before a customer does.

We built our own first

We run custom AI assistants inside Atlas Solutions for our own work, and what we've learned shapes what we build for you as part of our AI consulting.

Built to be safe

  • Answers from your documents

The assistant works from your policies, guides, and past work, not the open internet.

  • Limits on what it can see

We decide with you which documents it can use. Payroll and HR files stay out unless you say otherwise, the same way we keep sensitive data out of AI tools.

  • A person reviews customer-facing output

Nothing goes to a customer until someone has checked it.

  • Same sign-in as everything else

Your people reach it with their work account through Okta or Microsoft Entra, so access follows the person.

Questions we get

Have you built these before?

Yes. We built and run our own at Atlas Solutions. A case study is coming soon.

Do you train a new model from scratch?

No. We set up an assistant that answers from your documents and limit which ones it can use.

Can it email a customer on its own?

Not by default. A person reviews AI output before it reaches a customer.

How do people sign in?

With the work account they already use.
  • Atlas consultant setting up an automated workflow with a client

    AI workflow automation

We connect one workflow you already run, such as email, tickets, or your CRM, in n8n or Zapier, and we review its security first.

  • Atlas consultant reviewing file sharing settings

    AI data protection

We keep customer lists, contracts, and other sensitive files out of public AI tools, and we clean up file sharing before Copilot or Gemini can see it.

  • Staff learning to use AI tools at work

    AI training for staff

Hands-on practice with the tools you chose, on your real documents and tasks, including how to check an answer.
