AI consulting for small business

Atlas Solutions helps small businesses use AI well and safely. We get your team ready, find the first workflow worth doing, and set AI governance rules on the systems you already run.

When AI tools arrive before there's a plan

People are already pasting tickets into free chat tools, trying Copilot, or uploading files to apps nobody reviewed. Paid seats pile up, and nobody is sure which ones get used. You don't need a data science team. You need a practical path: which tools to use, what to keep off company data, and one useful workflow your team actually adopts.

AI consulting

We help you pick the right AI tools, try them with a small group, and roll them out to the whole team, with the training and first workflow that make them stick. We're vendor-neutral and work with the software you already run. How our AI consulting works

  • Atlas consultant talking through AI options with a client team

    AI readiness assessment

A 30-minute look at the tools you have, the AI your people already use, and and where AI can save your team time first.

  • Coworkers trying a new AI tool together

    AI tool selection and rollout

We help you choose and roll out Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, or the Claude Team plan, starting with a small group. You keep the licenses.

  • Staff learning to use AI tools at work

    AI training for staff

Hands-on practice with the tools you chose, on your real documents and tasks, including how to check an answer.

  • Atlas consultant setting up an automated workflow with a client

    AI workflow automation

We connect one workflow you already run, such as email, tickets, or your CRM, in n8n or Zapier, and we review its security first.

  • Team reviewing answers from a company AI assistant

    Custom AI assistants

An assistant that answers from your company documents, with a person reviewing anything that goes to a customer.

  • Atlas consultant reviewing AI reports with a client

    Ongoing AI support

We review your AI rules and reports with you on a regular schedule, so they keep up as the tools change.

AI governance

We find the AI tools already in use, including personal accounts and tools nobody reviewed, and set rules your team will follow.

  • Team agreeing on rules for AI use at work

    AI use policy

Plain-English rules for which tools people can use, what company data can go into them, and when a person reviews the output.

  • AI Visibility dashboard in Jamf AI Governance, showing AI apps in use across Mac computers (demo data)

    AI governance

See which AI apps are already in use, set rules your team will follow, and enforce them on your devices and accounts, including Jamf AI Governance on company Macs.

  • Team member signing in to work apps with a company account

    AI access and identity

AI tools and AI agents sign in through Okta or Microsoft Entra, so access follows each person's work account.

  • Atlas consultant reviewing file sharing settings

    AI data protection

We keep customer lists, contracts, and other sensitive files out of public AI tools, and we clean up file sharing before Copilot or Gemini can see it.

How it works

  1. Readiness call

A 30-minute remote AI readiness assessment covering your tools, the work that's slow, the AI your people already use, and what you spend on it. We show you where AI can help first.

  2. First workflow

We build that first workflow on the tools you already have, like email, your CRM, tickets, and documents. A few people test it first. Once it works, we roll it out to everyone on work accounts, not personal ones, so your business controls the data, the settings, and who has access.

  3. Rules your systems enforce

We write plain rules for which AI tools people can use and what company data can go into them. Then we enforce them through your device management and your identity provider, like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Okta, because a written policy alone isn't enough.

Questions we get

Is SI, or "super intelligence," the same as AI?

Yes. Since late 2026, some people, including the federal government, call AI "super intelligence" or SI. It's the same technology, and we help businesses use it well and safely.

Which AI tools do you work with?

The major ones, including ChatGPT Business and ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Team and Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Google Workspace with Gemini, Cursor, Grok, and Apple Intelligence. We're vendor-neutral and recommend what fits your work.

Consulting or governance first?

Start with consulting if you want a readiness conversation, help choosing tools, or a first useful workflow. Start with AI governance if people are already putting company data into free personal accounts. Many clients leave a short call with both a pilot idea and a first draft of their rules.

Do you ban ChatGPT?

Rarely. Bans tend to push AI use out of sight. We usually help you move people onto a work plan, such as ChatGPT Business, with clear guidance on what goes in.

Do you run local AI?

Yes, as pilots. Atlas is actively piloting local, on-device, and on-prem options for clients when privacy, offline work, or cost call for it, alongside sanctioned cloud tools.

What size companies do you work with?

We work with owners and operators, usually at companies of 10 to 150 people. Most of the work is remote, over video calls and remote sessions, and workshops can be held on site.

Put AI to work, safely.

In a free 30-minute call, we'll look at the AI your team already uses and the work that slows you down, and show you where to start.
