AI tool selection and rollout
We help you choose the AI tool that fits your work, set up work accounts, and roll it out to a small group first. We don't resell AI licenses, so you buy them and you keep them.

How we roll it out
Rollout usually follows an AI readiness assessment, once you know the first workflow and the tool that fits it. It's part of our AI consulting and governance work.
-
Work accounts, not personal ones
Everyone signs in with the work account they already have. When someone leaves, their AI access goes with that account. AI access and identity
-
A small group first
A few people use the tool on real work. We listen, fix what's off, and then widen the rollout, with hands-on training for everyone else.
-
You keep the licenses
We don't sell AI licenses, so we have no reason to push one tool over another. You buy from the vendor, and we set it up and run it.
The tools we roll out
Most teams start with the tool that fits how they already work. We help you choose, then set up work accounts and roll it out.

AI tools and AI agents sign in through Okta or Microsoft Entra, so access follows each person's work account.

AI data protection
We keep customer lists, contracts, and other sensitive files out of public AI tools, and we clean up file sharing before Copilot or Gemini can see it.
